How Does the Fall Glow Scented Candles Fundraiser Work?

Choose Brochure Sales with optional online fundraising or a Virtual Online Fundraiser. With brochure sales, an online fundraising store is set up for your organization. We recommend using the online fundraising store but it is optional. An online fundraising store is a great option for increasing sales by sharing emails, and texts and posting on social media. Your sellers can invite friends and family to shop online who are out of town, out of state, or even locally, especially if they will not be seen in person during your selling period. Also, for in-person sales, if a customer has no cash or checks on hand, they can open the online store on a cell phone, tablet, or PC, and place their order with a credit card. Please note, for any fundraiser, virtual-only fundraisers on average achieve 85% less in sales. By far, the most successful way to achieve sales is in person.

■ Online Sales Options: When offering the online fundraising store, your local customers can choose to have their order shipped to your organization or directly to their homes. When shipped to your organization there are no fees and the items ordered are shipped at the end of the fundraiser along with your brochure orders. When a customer selects the option to ship their order to their home there is a flat $11.95 shipping fee if their order is less than $99 in sales, and free if $99+ in sales. Their order will ship in just a few days.

Your customers will find 3 times as many scent choices offered! In addition, they will find other candle designs not included in the brochures and other last-chance sale items. You'll receive the highest profit available and keep your profit upfront! There are no fees for the additional support offered by Best Fundraising Ideas. You'll keep your brochures and profit upfront, and remit payment only for the cost of each item plus any applicable shipping fee if an order is less than $99 in sales. We accept school or organization checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or payment by credit card. W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed. Purchase orders, with terms, are accepted from public schools.
