■ Choose Brochure Sales with optional online fundraising or a Virtual Online Fundraiser. With brochure sales, an online fundraising store is set up for your organization. We recommend using the online fundraising store but it is optional. An online fundraising store is a great option for increasing sales by sharing emails, and texts and posting on social media. Your sellers can invite friends and family to shop online who are out of town, out of state, or even locally, especially if they will not be seen in person during your selling period. Also, for in-person sales, if a customer has no cash or checks on hand, they can open the online store on a cell phone, tablet, or PC, and place their order with a credit card. Please note, for any fundraiser, virtual-only fundraisers on average achieve 85% less in sales. By far, the most successful way to achieve sales is in person.

■ Online Sales Options: When offering the online fundraising store, your local customers can choose to have their order shipped to your organization or directly to their homes. When shipped to your organization there are no fees and the items ordered are shipped at the end of the fundraiser along with your brochure orders. When a customer selects the option to ship their order to their home there is a flat $11.95 shipping fee if their order is less than $99 in sales, and free if $99+ in sales. Their order will ship in just a few days.

■ Don't miss shopping at the online fundraising store! Our GLOW Scented Candles online store offers ​all of the items in our brochures plus more. Your customers will find 3 times as many scent choices offered! In addition, they will find other candle designs not included in the brochures and other last-chance sale items. Also, you have the option to offer an ongoing online fundraising store after your brochure sales have ended. Your customers will love their items and always want more.  You can give thank you notes to your sellers to share with their customers when they deliver their orders. The notes can include a link to your online store. Once your store is closed, a check will be emailed to your organization for 40% of the sales.

* Work with you to personalize your online store with an image/logo and message for your online supporters.

* Draft a participant letter for you to share with your participants. The letter will include your goals, why you are fundraising, your end date, whom to contact if they have questions, and instructions on how to register as a seller for the online store. We'll even include a QR Code for your participants to easily register as a seller. ■ Agreement - Review the candle fundraiser Sales Agreement and submit it electronically: Get Started Now. You have the option to Print an Agreement and submit it to us by scan/email, fax, or postal mail. Fundraising brochures will be shipped FREE. Best Fundraising Ideas is a partner with GLOW Scented Candles and your fundraiser will be easy with higher participation and higher sales when we work together!  

■  Best Fundraising ideas will review the steps of your Glow Scented Candles fundraiser with you, provide coaching for higher sales, and create a customized letter for you to share with your participants. The letter will include your goals, why you are fundraising, your end date, whom to contact if they have questions, and instructions on how to register as a seller for the online store. We'll include tips to help increase sales by sharing the online store via email, texts, and posting on social media. 

■  Distribute your Glow Scented Candles fundraising brochure to your participants and run your fundraiser for 2-3 weeks. 

■  Customer checks, if taken, are made payable to your organization.

■  Collect all brochures and payments at the end of your selling period and then call us at 860-384-3691 or email deb@best-fundraising-ideas.com and we can help guide you. There are no minimums for submitting your candle fundraiser order. To submit an order, you can enter your participant's orders through your dashboard, packed by the seller. If you want assistance with completing your order entry, Best Fundraising Ideas can assist you with your order entry and we do not charge a fee for this service. If you prefer to sort the orders, you can enter the order as one tally. Once your order is submitted an invoice will be available in your chairperson's dashboard. If needed, we can send an invoice to you by email.

■  Pay for your purchase. You can submit payment for your order directly through your GLOW account by credit card, mail a check to GLOW Scented Candles, or submit a purchase order if your organization is a public school. You'll receive the highest profit available and keep your profit upfront! There are no fees for the additional support offered by Best Fundraising Ideas. You'll keep your brochures and profit upfront, and remit payment only for the cost of each item plus any applicable shipping fee if an order is less than $99 in sales. We accept school or organization checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or payment by credit card. W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed. Purchase orders, with terms, are accepted from public schools.

■  With your brochure sales, shipping is free for your Glow Scented Candles Fundraiser with just $99+ in sales. A late order of less than $99 in sales will add a $11.95 shipping fee. 

■  A confirmation email will be shared with you once your payment has been received, and your order will then be submitted to our shipping department. Small orders will ship by UPS while larger orders usually ship by a common carrier such as R&L Carriers. We will provide you with shipping updates and the estimated delivery date. Once payment for a candle fundraiser order has been received and payment cleared, you can expect your order to ship within 5 business days. We can accept late orders and no minimum order is required.

■  Profit for your Fundraiser: GLOW offers organizations a 50% profit with just 100+ items sold, and a 40% profit if less than 100 items are sold. A late order, after the initial order is processed as a new order. After your fundraiser has been closed out, GLOW Scented Candles will mail a check to you for 40% of your online sales. When your combined brochure sales and online ship-to-group sales total 100+ items, you'll receive a 50% profit on those items. 

■  We’ll provide coaching to help you achieve a successful fundraiser, and you can reach us with extended office hours Mon-Fri 9 am - 9 pm EST, and 11 am - 6 pm Sat-Sun. When you have questions or need assistance, we'll be available to assist you!​
