Promoting your Online Fundraising Store - Your organization can raise even more money with our online store by offering hundreds of assorted items and donation options. Online sales will make it easy for your participants to contact their family and friends locally and throughout the United States. We will set up an account for your organization, provide you with a unique Group ID for your store, and provide login information for your chairperson's dashboard. Your chairperson will invite their participants to register as a seller by inviting them to visit the online store, enter their Group ID, and click on a link to register as a seller. Visit your chairperson's dashboard to track progress in real-time!  Students will receive prize credit for their online sales.

Online Fundraising Shopping Options - Your supporters can have their order shipped to your organization along with your brochure sales order, or they can have their order shipped directly to their home. Your organization will earn 40% profit on all online sales.

Student Success - The key to a successful online fundraiser is to ensure your students register as sellers and use many options to invite all their friends and family to shop from your online fundraising store. We highly recommend encouraging your participants to send messages on the first day of your sale. Because people are forgetful or may need to be asked more than once before purchasing, we recommend asking your participants to send out emails and posts as a reminder halfway through your sale. A "last chance to order" reminder should be sent a few days before your sale's end. As a chairperson, sending reminders to your participants will be the key to success.

Collect the order forms and money from your sellers after your traditional brochure-selling period (2-3 weeks).  Money is deposited in your organization's account, and the order forms are submitted to us for processing. We will provide a shipping label for returning your sellers' order forms. There are no case requirements for the Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough fundraiser. Order only what you sell!

Cut-Off Dates - We highly suggest starting a fall fundraiser early in the season. Significantly higher participation and higher sales are achieved with September fundraisers. Sales decrease with each week closer to the end of the year. Start early to allow enough time to complete your fundraiser and for the brochure order forms to be received before the following cut-off dates. Order forms should be submitted by the dates below.
Easter: For delivery before Easter Sunday, order forms need to be returned by the week of March 6th for delivery the week of April 3rd.
Mother's Day: Order forms must be returned by the week of April 10th for delivery before Mother's Day on May 8th. 
End of School Year/Spring Sports Season: Allow 3-4 weeks plus transit time after order forms are received for complete data entry and the order to be packed, shipped, and delivered. 
Thanksgiving: Order forms must be returned by the week of October 16th for delivery before Thanksgiving.
Christmas: For delivery before Christmas break, order forms must be returned by the week of November 13th for delivery before the week of December 18th. 
Oct-Dec Delivery: After your order forms are received, allow up to 4 weeks plus transit time for complete data entry and for the order to be packed, shipped, and delivered.

Once the data entry has been completed, we'll email sales reports and your invoice for the amount due. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing us a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by Visa or Master Card. We accept purchase orders from public schools with a 15-day payment agreement and will release your order to be shipped upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders with Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough fundraisers are shipped packed by each seller.

Upon receipt of payment or purchase order, your order will be processed, and the products will be shipped to you, packed by the seller, for distribution to your sellers.

Profit - Your organization will earn a 40% profit.

Sales Reports/Invoice - Once the data entry has been completed, we'll email sales reports and your invoice for the due amount. We will deduct your online sales profit from the amount owing on your brochure sales, or vice versa if your online sales are higher. Your organization keeps the profit you earned upfront. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by Visa or Master Card for a fee. We accept purchase orders from public schools with a 15-day payment agreement and will release your order to be shipped upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders with our Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough Fundraiser are shipped packed by each seller.  Note: You can place a bulk order using our single-page Otis Fundraising brochure. Bulk orders are ordered by the case, with each case 6 items that are the same flavor.

Your organization keeps the profit you earned upfront.  We will deduct your online sales profit from the amount due on your brochure sales.  Orders shipping directly to a customer's home will ship within a few days. With traditional brochure orders, we do our best to ship your Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough fundraising order within 4-5 weeks after receiving payment. Shipping your order during the busiest season in October and November may take additional time. Please allow an additional 3-5 days once your order has shipped for transportation time.​​
