Heartland Home Collection Brochure - Shelf-Stable Fundraiser

Request your brochures. Call us, and we'll complete your sales agreement. We will ship one brochure, order form, and collection envelope for each of your participants. Participants will ask their family, friends, and neighbors to buy items from the brochure. Orders are taken, and money is collected. In addition to cash sales, we offer an electronic payment option for your supporters.

Participant Letter—We will customize a participant letter to include why you are fundraising, your goal, the closing date, whom to make checks payable to, if applicable, and whom to contact if any participants have questions. The letter will also include the registration steps for sellers, the online store web address, your Group ID, tips for promoting the fundraiser through email, text, and social media, and instructions for your customers to place orders.

Fundraising Goals - Review your goals with your members and set a minimum number of items for each participant to sell. In addition to showing the brochure to co-workers, friends, and family, we suggest asking your participants to email 30-40 contacts, send texts, and post on all available social media to purchase directly with the seller and/or share the link to purchase online. Supporters can pay your organization by cash, check, or cash app. You choose. We also provide electronic payment by phone.

Promoting your Online Fundraising Store - Your organization can raise even more money with our online store by offering hundreds of assorted items and donation options. Online sales will make it easy for your participants to contact their family and friends locally and throughout the United States. We will set up an account for your organization, provide you with a unique Group ID for your store, and provide login information for your chairperson's dashboard. Your chairperson will invite their participants to register as a seller by inviting them to visit the online store, enter their Group ID, and click on a link to register as a seller. Visit your chairperson's dashboard, and you can track progress in real-time!  Students will receive prize credit for their online sales.

Online Fundraising Shopping Options - Your supporters can have their order shipped to your organization along with your brochure sales order, or they can have their order shipped directly to their home. Your organization will earn up to 40% profit on all online sales.

Student Success - The key to a successful online fundraiser is to ensure your students register as sellers and use many options to invite all their friends and family to shop from your online fundraising store. We highly recommend encouraging your participants to send messages on the first day of your sale. Because people are forgetful or may need to be asked more than once before purchasing, we recommend asking your participants to send out emails and posts as a reminder halfway through your sale. A "last chance to order" reminder should be sent a few days before your sale's end. As a chairperson, sending reminders to your participants will be the key to success.

Collect the order forms and money from your sellers after your traditional brochure-selling period (2-3 weeks). Deposit the money in your organization's account and submit the order forms to us for processing. We will provide a shipping label for returning your sellers' order forms. There are no case requirements for the Heartland Goodies & Gifts fundraiser; order only what you sell!

Cut-Off Dates—We highly suggest starting a fall fundraiser early in the season. September fundraisers achieve significantly higher participation and sales, while sales decrease with each week closer to the end of the year. Start early to allow enough time to complete your fundraiser and receive the brochure order forms before the following cut-off dates. Order forms should be submitted by the dates below.

Easter: Order forms must be returned by March 21st for delivery, the week of April 14th before Easter.

Mother's Day: Order forms must be returned by April 11th for delivery the week of May 5th before Mother's Day. 

End of School Year/Spring Sports Season: Allow 3-4 weeks plus transit time after order forms are received for completing data entry and the order to be packed, shipped, and delivered. 

Thanksgiving: Order forms must be returned by October 24th for delivery before Thanksgiving, the week of November 17th.

Christmas: For delivery before Christmas break, order forms must be returned by November 14 for delivery the week of December 15th. 

Oct-Dec Delivery: After your order forms are received, allow up to 4 weeks plus transit time for data entry to be completed and the order to be packed, shipped, and delivered. 

Note: Orders might ship sooner.

Once the data entry has been completed, we'll email sales reports and your invoice for the amount owed. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing us a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by Visa or Master Card. We accept purchase orders from public schools with 15 15-day payment agreement and will release your order to be shipped upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders with Heartland Home Collection are shipped packed by each seller.

Upon receipt of payment or purchase order, your order will be processed, and the products will be shipped to you, packed by the seller, and ready for distribution to your sellers.

Sales Reports/Invoice - Once the data entry has been completed, we'll email sales reports and your invoice for the due amount. We will deduct your online sales profit from the amount owing on your brochure sales, or vice versa if your online sales are higher. Your organization keeps the profit you earned upfront. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by Visa or Master Card for a fee. We accept purchase orders from public schools with a 15-day payment agreement and will release your order to be shipped upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders with our Heartland Home Collection fundraiser are shipped and packed by each seller.

Your organization keeps the profit you earned upfront.  We will deduct your online sales profit from the amount due on your brochure sales.  Orders shipping directly to a customer's home will ship within a few days.

To offer a Direct-Ship-to-Home online fundraiser, you can SIGN UP NOW. No one needs to sell face-to-face or use a brochure and order form. Once you submit the online form, your online sales will immediately activate the online store and allow you to raise funds until you are ready to close your sale. We will ship each order directly to the supporters. Your group will earn a 40% profit with our online sales!  For higher sales, we suggest including a traditional brochure fundraiser.
