Promoting your Popcorn Fundraiser Online - Your organization can raise even more money with our online store by offering hundreds of assorted items and donation options. Online popcorn fundraiser sales will make it easy for your participants to contact their family and friends locally and throughout the United States. We will set up an account for your organization, provide you with a unique Group ID for your store, and provide login information for your chairperson's dashboard. Your chairperson will invite their participants to register as a seller by inviting them to visit the popcorn fundraiser online, enter their Group ID, and click on a link to register as a seller. Online Popcorn Sales Options - Your supporters can have their order shipped to your organization along with your brochure sales order, or they can have their order shipped directly to their homes. Your organization will earn a 40% profit on all online sales.

Student Success - The key to a successful online popcorn fundraiser is to ensure your students register as sellers and use many options to invite all their friends and family to shop on your Poppin Popcorn online fundraiser store. We highly recommend encouraging participants to send messages on your sale's first day. Because people are forgetful or may need to be asked more than once before purchasing, we recommend asking your participants to send out emails and posts as a reminder halfway through your sale. A "last chance to order" reminder should be sent a few days before your sale's end. As a chairperson, sending reminders to your participants will be the key to success.

Collect the order forms and money from your sellers after your traditional brochure-selling period (2-3 weeks). Deposit the money in your organization's account and submit the order forms to us for processing. We will provide a shipping label for returning your seller's order forms. There are no case requirements for the Poppin' Popcorn fundraiser. Order only what you sell!

Once the data entry has been completed, we'll email sales reports and your invoice for the amount due. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by mailing us a school/business check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. You can also call and pay by Visa or Master Card. We accept purchase orders from public schools with a 15-day payment agreement and will release your order to be shipped upon receipt of a valid purchase order. All orders with Poppin Popcorn are shipped packed by each seller.

 

Cut-Off Dates—We highly suggest starting a fall fundraiser early in the season. September fundraisers achieve significantly higher participation and sales, but sales decrease each week closer to the end of the year. Start early to allow enough time to complete your fundraiser and for the brochure order forms to be received before the following cut-off dates. Order forms should be submitted by the dates below.
Easter: For delivery before Easter Sunday, order forms need to be returned by the week of March 6th for delivery the week of April 3rd.
Mother's Day: Order forms must be returned by the week of April 10th for delivery before Mother's Day on May 8th. 
End of School Year/Spring Sports Season: Allow up to 3-4 weeks plus transit time after order forms have been received for data entry to be completed and the order to be packed, shipped, and delivered. 
Thanksgiving: For delivery before Thanksgiving, order forms need to be returned by the week of October 14th for delivery BEFORE the week of November 18th.
Christmas: For delivery before Christmas break, order forms must be returned the week of November 11th for delivery the week of December 18th. 
Oct-Dec Delivery: Allow up to 4 weeks plus transit time after your order forms have been received to complete data entry and the order to be packed, shipped, and delivered.

Upon receipt of payment or purchase order, your order will be processed, and the products will be shipped to you, packed by the seller, for distribution to your sellers.

Popcorn Fundraiser Profit: 

We encourage you to sell 400+ items; your profit will be 40%.

Orders under 400 items will earn a 25% to 38% profit, depending on the number of items sold.

Sell 400+ items - Earn 40%, Sell 300-399 items - Earn 38%, Sell 200-299 items - Earn 35%,

Sell 150-199 items - Earn 30%, Sell 120-149 items - Earn 25%

Sales Reports/Invoice - Once the data entry has been completed, we'll email sales reports and your invoice for the due amount. With traditional brochure orders, we do our best to ship your Poppin Popcorn fundraising order within 2-3 weeks after receiving payment. Shipping your order during the busiest season in October and November may take additional time. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for transportation time once your order has shipped.
